On behalf of our Norwegian family, we’re excited to welcome new permanent Cabin Crew to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden, for training course starting from November through February. .
As part of our crew, you won’t just wear a uniform — you’ll take on many roles, and you will do it with a caring heart. At times, you’ll be a nurse, psychologist, nanny, chef, and security guard — because behind the uniform - there are people ready to step up when it matters the most.
This is a role that will ask a lot from you. You must be prepared for long days, shift work, weekends and working on public holidays. Handling all kinds of situations are part of everyday life in the air. But it’s also a role that matters — requiring you to be prepared, stay calm, and to create a safe, memorable experience, with passengers at the heart of everything we do.
Whether you’re new to the industry or experienced, our comprehensive training will prepare you for the role. You’ll gain official certification and join our close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew, ready to welcome you to the world above the skies.

You’re an ideal candidate if:
- You have a clean criminal record
- You preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- You have a valid medical certificate or can obtain one
- You hold a European unrestricted passport offering visa-free entry to our destinations
- You have a valid work permit for the country you are applying for
- You can pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
- You are over 20 years old
- You are above 160 cm or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- You can swim
- You are preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You live within 90 minutes of your chosen base or are willing to relocate
- You have no tattoos on your face or neck, and any tattoos on your hands or behind your ear do not exceed 1.5 cm in size
- Preferably, completed upper secondary school, either in an academic or practical training track, or other education at an equivalent level. Relevant experience in service professions may, in some cases, compensate for completed schooling
If Selected, You’ll Need to Obtain:
- An approved medical certificate, including intoxication/alcohol testing
- An approved background check to obtain an admission card
- Successful completion of our training course
