Meet Sara, First Officer at Norwegian

Sara Johansson (40) started working at Norwegian as a First Officer in March 2024, but started her career in a totally different field. In her teenage years, she was terrified of flying, but an experience changed everything. She worked for several years as a hair dresser, but finally decided to follow her dream of becoming a pilot. She flew private jets, routes in Africa, and even worked for an Iron Maiden legend. After years of living abroad, she felt it was time to come home, and Norwegian was then the obvious choice for her.

       - Norwegian feels like a family. We care for each other, and
         we work together as a team. That´s one of the most
         important reasons why I chose to work at Norwegian.
