Join Norwegian and have the opportunity to work with all aspects of aircraft engineering and maintenance activities. You will be part of the continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation responsible for our aircraft fleet. Our organization performs line & base maintenance on B737NG and B737MAX aircraft. We have in total 6 maintenance bases in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with a staff of 230 technicians and mechanics.

Meet Raquel, Senior Engineer at Norwegian

Raquel Parreño Lavandeira works in the Technical Operations department, specifically in the engineering team responsible for the maintenance program and reliability of our aircraft. Her daily work as a Senior Engineer varies, but the three main areas are reliability topics, maintenance program tasks and daily operational support.

- My responsibilities include keeping the maintenance
  program updated with the latest manufacturer
documentation, producing reliability reports, and dispatch
reliability KPIs. I also investigate any reliability issues that
  arise within our fleet. Each day presents new challenges, and
  I enjoy the variety of tasks that come with ensuring the
  aircraft is airworthy and our operation is safe.
