As our new Director Technical Planning & Supply Chain, you will hold centralized ownership of technical aircraft availability across our entire route network. You will lead and inspire high-performing teams across maintenance control, fleet transitions, planning, records, and supply chain. In this role you will be responsible for:
• Lead all technical operations planning departments including Maintenance Operations Control, Line and Base Planning, Aircraft Transitions, Aircraft Records and Technical Supply Chain.
• Centralised ownership for Technical Aircraft Availability to the Operation.
• Represent technical operations in airline network planning to optimize the operational schedule.
• Development and execution of the technical operations strategy.
• Active participation in all safety and compliance activities.
• Team leadership and coaching.
• Represent technical operations in cross-departmental asset management processes.
• Deputy for the Nominated Person for Continuing Airworthiness.
• Manage relationships with important external contacts including contracted external aircraft maintenance organisations, technical suppliers, lessors, and Boeing.
• Deliver on role KPIs including Aircraft Availability, on-target budget, OTP, and regularity in line with company targets.
You are our ideal candidate if:
• Strong leadership and coaching experience and skills for large and diverse groups.
• Strong business acumen and budget management.
• Strategic mindset and experience with organizational strategy development and execution.
• Extensive experience in technical operations in either CAMO or P145 roles.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
• Ability to hold a comprehensive overview and handle operationally critical decisions.
• Ability to work in an intense, dynamic work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to work cross-functionally.
