In this role you will be responsible for:
As our new Business Controller, you will act as a key financial partner and analyst, helping drive performance across our designated business areas. Your main responsibilities will include:

Business Partnering: Acting as a proactive business partner towards a designated business area/areas under the guidance of a Business Performance Manager or the VP Performance Management.

Performance & KPI Analysis: Analyzing operational and financial performance against strategic targets through the company’s KPIs, and following up closely on costs and key metrics.

Financial Reporting & Case Support: Assisting in the production of financial information for business cases, projects, strategic initiatives, and investments.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing monthly and long-term forecasts, facilitating the overall budget follow-up process, and supporting departments with understanding and analyzing budget deviations.

Route Profitability: Contributing to Route Profitability optimization and preparing/coordinating input to Route Profitability reporting on allocated cost lines.

Financial Control: Controlling spend and monitoring revenue as authorized and delegated.
You are our ideal candidate if:
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should possess a mix of strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for someone with:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.

Experience: Ideally at least 1 year of experience, preferably from a similar financial or analytical role.

Technical Skills: Excellent, advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.

A proactive, efficient working style with high work capacity.

A collaborative team player who is also highly self-driven and capable of working independently.
