Norwegian are continuing with our growth in Riga and we are now looking for Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care Team. If you are a person with a strong dedication of helping customers and give them the best customer experience, you may be the person we are looking for. You have a positiv attitude, can multitask in a dynamic environment, and have a high degree of flexibility.

The Business Center in Riga are responsible for replying to all written requests from passengers who have experienced irregularities before, under or after their journey with Norwegian. This includes everything from the booking process until the passenger leaves the airport. To support our new Business Center in Riga, we are looking for consultants to ensure that we can deliver excellent customer service, good and relevant communication across all channels (phone, e-mail, social media, live chat). You will report directly to Team Leader at Norwegian Business Centre, Riga.

 

 

You will be responsible for

 

  • Providing frontline booking assistance for our customers in different channels (Phone, chat and email)
  • Resolving acute issues related to our customers’ travel needs
  • Handling customer claims and feedback
  • Performing administrative tasks to support business requirements as and when needed

 

 

This job will be for you if

 

  • You have strong work ethic
  • You are willing to work as part of a team and independently
  • You have the ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • You have a “Can do” attitude and a willingness to pitch in with other tasks as needed

 

 

You are our ideal candidate if

 

  • Your English language skills at least B2 level is required (verbal and written)
  • You are fluent in one or more other Scandinavian and/or European language is an advantage 
  • You have frontline customer service experience in an airline or contact centre
  • You have experience from working in digital platforms and quick to grasp new technology 
  • You have experience from the following is an advantage:
    • BSP/IATA fare and tariff knowledge
    • Group reservation
    • Other GDS
    • Frontline support and supervision
