Could you be our new Senior Consultant Passenger Rights & Liability Claims? You will be a part of our Passenger Rights and Liability Claims department and report to our Team Leader Passenger Rights & Liability Claims.


Your daily task will be solving legal cases according to the strategy set by the Head of the Department, and to the company’s best interest. You will give inputs to new strategies when caselaw changes and suggest new angles of our legal defences to achieve a more successful outcome. You will also support the organisation with advice on passenger rights and passenger handling.


You will be responsible for                                                                                                          

  • Handling legal cases in all jurisdictions, but mainly have Scandinavian jurisdictions as the primary area of responsibility                                                                                               
  • Coordinating with and support external legal counsel when needed            
  • Attending mediation court on behalf of the company
  • Contributing to handling cases from Nation Enforcement Bodies
  • Contributing to handling inspections and other requests from Consumer Authorities



Our ideal candidate must have the following qualifications

  •  Law degree from Scandinavian jurisdictions is a must
  • Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
  • Good knowledge about legal processes in Scandinavia
  •  Experience from similar work is a bonus, but not required
  •  Knowledge about the aviation industry is desirable
  •  Located in the greater Oslo area
