Are you our new Station Manager?
Come join our team! Norwegian is setting up Red Handling in Denmark, which will be our in-house ground handling services (passenger services & operations).
We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional Station Manager, to help start up and then continuously develop Red Handling in Denmark.
Your base will be Copenhagen Airport, and you will report to Director Red Handling.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Delivery of high-quality ground handling services (passenger services & operations) to Norwegian
- Responsible for overall budget and performance KPI’s.
- Ensure proper resourcing to ensure the highest standards are met in a safe, on-time and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved at CPH Airport for our passengers.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within airline industry.
- Proven experience in IATA ground handling standards in all operational functional areas, including check-in, boarding, load control, baggage handling, cargo, and operations.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a large dynamic workforce and executing performance management & development.
- Proven documentation delivery on SOP process, SLA agreements and manual procedures.
- Strong business acumen and experience in developing lean process and change management in complex environments.
- Strong customer focus in developing customer centricity process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.
- Excellent command of English (written and oral).
