Norwegian are now looking for Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care Team in Barcelona Support Office. If you are a person with a strong dedication of helping customers and give them the best customer experience, you may be the person we are looking for.   •  Schedule: from Mon to Sun, from 07.00 to 22.00 (08.00 to 16.00 during the first trimester, with possibility to extend to wider schedule moving forward)



The Support Office in Barcelona is responsible for ensuring that our customers are being looked after before, under or after their journey with Norwegian. This includes everything from the booking process until the passenger leaves the airport. We are looking for consultants to ensure that we can deliver excellent customer service, good and relevant communication across all channels (phone, e-mail, social media, live chat). You will report directly to Team Leader at Support Office, Barcelona.



You will be responsible for


  • Providing frontline booking assistance for our customers via different channels (Phone, chat, social media and email)
  • Resolving acute issues related to our customers’ travel needs
  • Handling customer claims and feedback in various channels
  • Performing administrative tasks to support business requirements as and when needed

  • You can work shifts (including evenings/weekends)



You are our ideal candidate if


  • You are native in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
  • Your English language skills minimum B2 level (verbal and written)
  • You have frontline customer service experience, preferably in an airline, contact center or airport experience
  • You have experience working in digital platforms and quick to grasp new technology
  • You are confident and professional on the phone
  • You have good working knowledge of MS Office
  • AMADEUS or other GDS systems knowledge will be an advantage

The Norwegian story began almost three decades ago - we were founded in 1993 but only began operating as a low-cost carrier with Boeing 737 aircraft in 2002.
