Norwegian’s Digital CRM-program is one of the leading CRM-programs in Europe with respect to value-generation, technical aspects, and number of people involved. The program is critical to Norwegian’s world-wide success, and you will play a vital part in ensuring its continued success.

To support our digital growth ambitions, your objective will be to ensure that we are able to deliver personalised, targeted and relevant communications by utilising our data across all owned channels throughout the customer journey. The CRM channels will be in a transition phase the next years and as a Senior CRM Specialist you will be heavily involved in this development as well as responsible for planning, development and optimisation of our CRM programs.

You are an experienced and talented CRM-professional with digital nerve-endings, you have a need for a high-paced environment, and you are passionate about creating results with others. You will be part of our global Customer Engagement team and work closely with the whole Marketing organisation. You will report directly to Head of Customer Engagement and be located at our offices in Barcelona.



Planning, development and optimization of CRM programs and content globally.

CRM subject-matter expert, building industry leading CRM functionalities on a continuous basis.

Contribute to create modern digital customer journeys and experiences.

Become a super user within our CRM platform.

Degree level qualification in a related subject or relevant professional experience. 

4+ years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, channel development etc.

Commercially and analytical oriented, pro-active in the use of data for improving results and customer experience.

Experience in marketing that uses customer data and/or behavior to personalize content and offers across e-mail, web, social and other inbound channels to deliver highly personalized marketing messages.

Ability to understand technical issues and opportunities for growth in the CRM channels.

A strong collaborator and team player.

A commercial mindset.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.


Travel required: Some travelling must be expected
