Would you like to work for one of the greatest brands in the airline industry? Do you have an outside-of-the-box, creative and innovative approach to developing excellent marketing in a highly cost-efficient way? We are now looking to hire a CRM Specialist to be based in Barcelona.  

 

Our newsletters, campaigns and automated programs are for all markets a huge revenue generator and are under constant development. To support our digital growth ambitions, your objective will be to ensure that we are able to deliver personalised, targeted and relevant communications by utilising our data across all owned channels throughout the customer journey. The CRM channels will be in a transition phase the next years and as a CRM Specialist you will be heavily involved in this development as well as responsible for planning, development and optimisation of our CRM communications.

You are an experienced and talented CRM-professional with digital nerve-endings, you have a need for a high-paced environment, and you are passionate about creating results with others. You will be part of our global Customer Engagement team and work closely with the whole Marketing organisation. You will report directly to Head of Customer Engagement and be located at our offices in Barcelona. 

 

 

You will be responsible for 

 

  • Daily execution of all newsletters, campaigns and ad hoc send outs across all markets 
  • Planning, development and optimisation of CRM programs and content globally 
  • Becoming a CRM subject-matter expert, building industry leading CRM functionalities on a continuous basis 
  • Contribute to create modern digital customer journeys and experiences

You are our ideal candidate if  

 

  • You have a degree in a related subject or relevant professional experience 
  • You have 2+ years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, channel development etc. 
  • You are commercially and analytical oriented, pro-active in the use of data for improving results and customer experience 
  • You have experience in marketing that uses customer data and/or behavior to personalise content and offers across e-mail, web, social and other inbound channels to deliver highly personalised marketing messages 
  • You can understand technical issues and opportunities for growth in the CRM channels
